Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any part of Brooklyn Gabriel Music LLC’s website or services—including but not limited to merchandise sales, custom merchandise, booking, music lessons, creative coaching, fan subscriptions, or promotional offerings—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You represent that the information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.
Services Provided
Brooklyn Gabriel Music LLC offers:

b. Custom merchandise, including personalized or limited-edition items.
c. Booking for live performances, private events, appearances, and speaking engagements.
d. Music instruction, mentorship, and creative coaching services.
e. Projects involving clients or collaborative partnerships.
f. Email and phone list subscriptions offering exclusive updates, early access, and promotions.
g. Sponsored advertisements, branded content, and promotional campaigns.
Orders and Payment
All purchases are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are in USD and may not include taxes or shipping. Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
Shipping and Fulfillment
Standard fulfillment times vary but will be communicated at checkout. Shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside our control are not our responsibility. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Returns and Refunds

Bookings and Lessons
All bookings are tentative until confirmed in writing. Deposits may be required and are non-refundable. You must cancel or reschedule music lessons, coaching sessions, or event bookings at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Subscription Communications
By subscribing to our email or SMS list, you agree to receive updates, promotional content, and event announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in our emails or replying “STOP” to any text.
